We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return due to a defect:

You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

A description and photo of the defect are required prior to approval.

Please note:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects.
